Tidal Waves skating dress. The bodice of this lycra skating dress falls from aqua to deep blue at the waist where the glitter lace overlay meets the georgette skirt. Off-the- shoulder styling adds feminine shaping and a flattering V-back is accented by crossed straps with crystal accents.
